Shipping & Returns
Here’s the skinny on our shipping and returns policy:
Bottom of Bottle promise
We believe we sell the best omega-3 softgel available, and want you to try it because we believe that consistently using it will help improve your health. But look, our product comes from once-living animals that were hunted in the wild. We don’t shy away from that because there is nothing to shy away from. As a matter of respect for the animal that gave its life to help ours, we can’t accept money unless you are a happy customer who feels good about their purchase.
You have a full year (365 days) from the time of purchase to return the product(s).
Just provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase, and we will gladly accept your return. Even if you ship us completely used and empty bottles.
To get the ball rolling on a return, make sure you have your receipt or proof of purchase and please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll start the process and get you the address to ship your return to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
(Side note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Sometimes things don’t go as smooth as we’d like. If the refund seems late, please check with your bank and credit card company first. Sometimes there are delays in posting that happen that are outside of our control.
If you’ve done all that and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com or 888.303.8405 and we’ll work together to get this sorted out.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If by random chance you get a defective item, please let us know so we can make it right. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We ship via Canada Post and offer all their services (regular, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, Priority) at discounted rates.
Orders over $99 will receive free shipping.
